You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within digital, flexo and hybrid label markets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers across various sectors, including beauty, homeware, beverage, sport, and chemical markets
Managing sales pipelines, forecasting activity, and reporting performance through CRM systems
Driving value-added selling through innovation, sustainability, and technical expertise
Achieving and exceeding revenue, volume, and margin targets
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in B2B sales within the labels, print, or packaging industry
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and managing pricing
Well-organised with effective pipeline management and forecasting skills
