As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing and developing existing accounts as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities
Building strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
Targeting customers in the horticulture, manufacturing, food, retail, e-commerce, delivering engaging sales presentations and bespoke proposals
Collaborating with internal teams to meet client specifications and drive value
Monitoring industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to stay ahead!
Key attributes required:
Demonstrable success in business development or B2B sales within the packaging industry (manufacturer or distributor), advantageous knowledge of corrugated sector
Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent relationship builder with the ability to present at a high level
