Business Development Manager | POS & Large Format Print | London | Up to £50k
A well-established provider of large format, POS, retail, and brand activation solutions, delivering end-to-end service graphics projects from concept through to print, finishing, and installation. With strong in-house production capability and experienced project delivery teams, the company works closely with brands, agencies, and retailers to deliver high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within POS and large format markets
Building and managing relationships with brands, agencies, retailers, and marketing teams to generate repeat and long-term business
Promoting large format and POS solutions including retail displays, window graphics, signage, exhibitions, and in-store campaigns
Understanding client briefs and translating creative concepts into commercially viable print solutions
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting projects through delivery and post-install review
Key attributes required:
Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to understand creative briefs and commercial objectives
Proven experience selling POS, large format, retail graphics, or related print solutions
Excellent relationship-building skills with brands, agencies, retailers, and internal stakeholders
Commercially minded with strong negotiation and margin awareness
Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to senior decision-makers
