Sales Manager | Large Format and POS | West Yorkshire | £50k + OTE
A well-established Yorkshire based manufacturer and provider of high impact large format print, point-of-sale and graphic display solutions. Capabilities include a range of impactful displays, bespoke signage and wall/graphic coverings. Operating across retail, exhibitions, museums, interiors and architectural sectors, combining craftsmanship, technical innovation and sustainability to not just match client briefs but exceed them!
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for large format print and POS products
- Prospecting, nurturing and closing business development leads, including identifying new clients, tendering for contracts, negotiating terms
- Managing existing client relationships to maximise repeat business, upselling services
- Collaborating closely with operations and production teams to ensure accurate quoting, quality control, timely delivery and installation
- Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to senior leadership
- Staying abreast of industry trends, new materials and technologies, as well as competitive pricing, to keep offerings compelling
Key attributes required:
- Proven experience in business development within a print / large format graphics environment
- Strong sales, negotiation and contract-winning skills, with a track record of closing sizeable deals
- Ability to generate, analyse and report sales data; presenting insight-driven proposals to influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to make long standing client relationships prosper
- Self-starter mindset with strong planning, organisation and follow-through
