Internal Account Manager | Contract Packing | North East | Up to £35k

 

A UK-based provider of printed packaging, contract packing, fulfilment, and mailing services, supporting brands across sectors including retail, food and beverage, beauty, and e-commerce. The business delivers integrated solutions spanning packaging design, print, co-packing, and logistics to manage projects from concept through to final delivery. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainable practices, the organisation works with both emerging and established brands to help bring products to market effectively.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating contract packing projects from initial brief through production and final delivery

  • Managing day-to-day communication with key customer accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification

  • Working closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to plan and schedule packing activities

  • Preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records within internal systems

  • Monitoring project timelines and proactively resolving any issues impacting delivery or quality
