Internal Account Manager | Contract Packing | North East | Up to £35k
A UK-based provider of printed packaging, contract packing, fulfilment, and mailing services, supporting brands across sectors including retail, food and beverage, beauty, and e-commerce. The business delivers integrated solutions spanning packaging design, print, co-packing, and logistics to manage projects from concept through to final delivery. You will be responsible for:
Coordinating contract packing projects from initial brief through production and final delivery
Managing day-to-day communication with key customer accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
Working closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to plan and schedule packing activities
Preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records within internal systems
Monitoring project timelines and proactively resolving any issues impacting delivery or quality
Key attributes required:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
Great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in specifications, orders, and project requirements
