You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corrugated packaging market across multiple sectors
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding packaging requirements and providing tailored corrugated solutions that support customers’ operational and sustainability goals
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to quotation, negotiation, and order conversion, ensuring consistent pipeline development and deal closure
Collaborating with internal design, production, and logistics teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet customer specifications, timelines, and quality expectations
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities
Key attributes required:
Proven track record in new business development within the packaging industry, particularly corrugated or paper-based packaging solutions
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage pricing, margins, and negotiations while delivering profitable growth
Desirable experience building and developing relationships with key decision-makers across manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce sectors
Highly self-driven and results-focused, with the ability to independently manage sales pipelines and consistently deliver against growth targets
Solid understanding of packaging solutions, supply chains, and customer requirements, enabling the delivery of commercially and operationally effective packaging proposals
