Gluing Operator | Cartons | Cambridgeshire | Up to £40k

You will be responsible for:

  • Operating folder gluing equipment to manufacture cartons in line with required specifications

  • Setting and fine-tuning machinery to maximise efficiency and output

  • Maintaining high quality standards while meeting production targets

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and performing safety checks on equipment

  • Assisting with die-cutting and other finishing processes when needed

  • Collaborating with production teams to ensure consistent operational standards

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience operating folder gluers or similar finishing equipment within a print or packaging environment

  • High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on delivering quality output

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines

  • Proactive approach to machine performance, maintenance, and safety compliance

  • Good organisational skills to manage workflow and minimise downtime
