You will be responsible for:
Defining and driving a unified group sales strategy that aligns multiple legal entities, brands, and sales organisations to an overarching group strategy while respecting local market needs
Co-ordinating and standardising sales approaches across the group, clarifying customer ownership, division responsibilities, and routes to market
Developing a deep understanding of the labelling hardware and solution portfolio, working closely with product management and key brand customers to articulate clear value propositions and enable direct teams to sell integrated solutions effectively
Leading the long-term transition to a functional group sales structure, establishing a central group sales organisation over a 3-5 year period
Engaging and influencing buy-in from existing sales teams across operating companies through regular site visits and remote working, improving sales effectiveness while building the foundations for a future group sales function
Key attributes required:
Proven hands-on sales leadership experience, with the credibility to engage directly with customers and translate practical sales execution into scalable group-level approaches
Strong strategic capability to design and implement sales divisions, structures, and governance across multiple operating companies

Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across independent businesses
