Project Manager | Point of Sale | East Midlands & South East | Up to £40k

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, overseeing procurement, production, shipping, and billing while acting as the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Building strong partnerships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities, expand revenue, and ensure contract obligations are consistently met

  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to optimise costs, improve efficiencies, and maximise margin and profitability across projects

  • Monitoring project timelines and job status to ensure on-time delivery, resolving issues proactively and coordinating with production teams and suppliers

  • Managing project administration and systems, including procurement platforms, documentation, reporting, and occasional travel to customer or supplier sites

 

Key attributes required:

  • Hands-on production management experience, within a manufacturing, client, or agency environment

  • Experience in print management and/or point of sale, with direct client-facing responsibility

  • Proven ability to work with suppliers and vendors, negotiating job costs, schedules, and delivery timelines

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
