You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and setting folder gluer machinery to run corrugated cases in line with production specifications

  • Adjusting machine settings during runs to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and consistent product quality

  • Maintaining a steady flow of materials to the machine to support continuous production

  • Monitoring output and identifying any defects or irregularities during the production process

  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience operating packaging or converting machinery within a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining accuracy

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks during busy production runs
