You will be responsible for:
Preparing and setting folder gluer machinery to run corrugated cases in line with production specifications
Adjusting machine settings during runs to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and consistent product quality
Maintaining a steady flow of materials to the machine to support continuous production
Monitoring output and identifying any defects or irregularities during the production process
Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow
Key attributes required:
Experience operating packaging or converting machinery within a manufacturing environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining accuracy
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks during busy production runs
Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to recognise and respond to machine issues
Strong focus on health and safety within an industrial environment
