Global Key Account Manager | Cartons | UK & Germany | £80k-£100k basic + OTE

You will be responsible for:
Owning and developing relationships with global carton customers, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term partnership success
Creating and implementing account growth plans to expand revenue streams across multiple regions
Leading commercial discussions with senior stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and future opportunities
Championing innovation by introducing new carton formats, sustainable materials, and value-added solutions
Representing the business in executive meetings, reinforcing credibility and strengthening global partnerships
Key attributes required:
Extensive experience within carton, paperboard, or wider packaging environments
Strong background in managing strategic or multinational customer accounts
Commercially astute with a clear understanding of margin management and revenue growth
Highly skilled in influencing and engaging senior decision-makers
