You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to produce flexible packaging to specification

• Preparing print units, plates, inks, and substrates for production runs

• Maintaining colour consistency and print quality throughout production

• Monitoring press performance and making adjustments to ensure optimal output

• Working with a range of flexible substrates including films, laminates, and paper-based materials

Key attributes required:

• Proven technical aptitude and confidence operating flexographic presses

• Solid understanding of colour management, registration, and print quality standards

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing consistently high-quality print

• Hands-on knowledge of press set-up, job changeovers, and production workflows
