Global Key Account Manager | Cartons | Europe & UK | €100k-€120k basic + OTE

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing strategic global key accounts within the carton packaging sector, ensuring long-term partnership growth and customer satisfaction

  • Acting as the primary senior contact for international clients, building strong executive-level relationships across multiple regions

  • Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing agreements, contracts, and service frameworks to secure sustainable and profitable business

  • Identifying opportunities to expand account value through new product introductions, innovation, and cross-selling initiatives

  • Collaborating with internal teams such as design, production, supply chain, and quality to deliver seamless, high-quality packaging solutions

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in packaging, ideally within cartons or paper-based solutions

  • Demonstrated track record in global or strategic key account management

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing high-value accounts

  • Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to secure long-term agreements

  • Strategic thinker with the capability to translate plans into measurable results
