Foiling Operator | Commercial Print | Kent | £30k-£35k

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating foiling equipment in line with job specifications and production schedules

• Preparing dies, foils, substrates, and tooling to ensure accurate and efficient machine setup

• Monitoring machine performance throughout runs and making precise adjustments to maintain optimum output

• Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards, colour expectations, and customer specifications

• Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on quality

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience within commercial print or a production environment preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate production machinery

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Ability to follow technical instructions and job specifications accurately

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to tight production deadlines
