You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating flexographic printing presses for self-adhesive label production

• Printing labels to precise colour standards, accurate registration, and client specifications

• Monitoring press performance throughout production runs and adjusting as required

• Performing routine press maintenance, cleaning, and basic fault-finding

• Inspecting printed labels for quality, accuracy, and specification compliance

Key attributes required:

• Proven ability to set up and run flexographic label presses efficiently

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on colour accuracy and print quality

• Good understanding of substrates, inks, plates, and anilox systems

• Ability to troubleshoot print issues and make effective adjustments on press
