CRM Manager | Print & Labelling Machinery | Germany or Italy | € to attract the best
An established and growing international group in the packaging sector, active across a diverse range of markets and geographies. Working with IT to implement a new CRM system, you will own the new centralisation of customer data and interactions, to improve efficiencies and streamline sales processes to support divisional forecasted growth. Cross-functional teamwork, international collaboration and best practice sharing underpin its success.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the initial group-wide rollout and subsequent ongoing development of a new CRM system
- Coordinating and steering international CRM sub-projects across business units
- Analysing, managing and digitalising customer-related processes with key stakeholders
- Introducing and scaling cross-group CRM standards and best practices internationally
- Supporting subsidiaries with CRM implementation, training, change management and ongoing support
Key attributes required:
- Strong sales/project management background, ideally with international CRM project experience
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems and advantageous if experience of installation of new systems
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills dealing with multiple internal stakeholders in an international context
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong personal responsibility
- Fluent in German or Italian and English
