Business Development Manager | Print | South West UK | Up to £50k

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving new business acquisition by identifying, targeting, and securing new print opportunities

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts by developing long-term, value-led client relationships

  • Understanding client briefs and translating requirements into accurate, commercially viable print solutions

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to order completion and repeat business

  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the print industry

  • Strong understanding of commercial print processes, materials, and finishing options

  • Confident relationship builder with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Commercially astute with the ability to price work profitably and identify margin opportunities

  • Solution-focused approach, able to translate client needs into practical print outcomes
