You will be responsible for:
Identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities within key print markets
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and quotation through to negotiation and contract closure
Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets, margins, and growth objectives
Working closely with production, estimating, and pre-press teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable solutions
Key attributes required:
Proven track record in business development or sales within the print, packaging, or related manufacturing sector
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify profitable opportunities and negotiate effectively
Relationship-driven mindset, capable of building trust and long-term customer partnerships
Self-motivated and results-focused, with the resilience to succeed in a target-driven environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
