Business Development Manager | Corrugated | South UK | Up to £60K

 

 

A well-established and highly regarded packaging manufacturer and distributor specialising in bespoke corrugated and carton packaging solutions. With full in-house capabilities including design, reprographics, and production, the business is perfectly positioned to support customers across multiple sectors including retail, FMCG, healthcare, and industrial markets.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities across a diverse range of products including corrugated cartons and flexible packaging

  • Developing strong, consultative relationships with prospective customers

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding

  • Working closely with design, estimating, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Building a robust pipeline of opportunities to support long-term growth

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in business development or new business sales within packaging corrugated or flexible packaging desirable

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to identify customer needs

  • Self-motivated, target-driven

  • Commercially driven sales professional with a strong understanding of packaging solutions
