Business Development Executive | Transactional Communications, Direct Mail & Print Management | UK | £35k Basic

You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting public sector and commercial verticals such as utilities, education, healthcare, and government procurement frameworks
Generating new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities across the company’s core solutions: transactional communications and direct mail, document fulfilment, print management, marketing fulfilment, and consultancy
Managing customer accounts, nurturing long-term relationships through excellent service, tailored solutions, and expert communication
Collaborating across operations, delivery, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and deliver seamless fulfilment solutions
Meeting or exceeding revenue targets while identifying cross-sell and upsell potential with existing clients
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in business development, preferably in print, marketing fulfilment, logistics, or digital communications
Strong experience with public sector procurement frameworks or selling into multi-sector institutional client
A relationship-focused, consultative sales style: you understand that people buy from people
Ability to translate client needs into strategic proposals and engaging presentations
UK-based; willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as required
