Mercury Managing Director, Dani Novick, was invited to speak a the PICON (Printing Industry Confederation) virtual business forum in November 2020. 

Dani was delighted to share our insights on how to carry on recruiting during the pandemic and covered the whole approach to recruitment covering the key issues facing clients, virtual and on-site interviewing and onboarding.  The various lockdowns created surges in demand in retail and this impacted throughout the supply chain so many businesses had to find a way to recruit.  Looking forward it is clear there will be pent up demand when restrictions ease.  We firmly believe businesses need to prepare for this owing to the time taken, even in the most efficient recruitment process, and not leave recruitment until any surge in demand is already upon them.
