You will be responsible for:

  • Designing innovative corrugated packaging solutions from customer briefs using an AG CAD table, ensuring functionality, quality, and manufacturability

  • Producing and sampling prototypes, supporting small production runs and approving first-time runs to maintain high standards

  • Presenting and collaborating with customers, sales teams, and management to refine designs and deliver efficient outcomes

  • Ordering and coordinating print stereos and die-cut formes, setting up products on the ERP system, and receiving and checking materials for accuracy

  • Maintaining and developing a strong understanding of company capabilities, emerging technologies, and materials to continuously enhance design performance

 

Key attributes required:

  • Strong experience with constructional design, ideally within corrugated or packaging environments

  • Confident in engaging directly with customers and presenting design solutions

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively

  • A creative and innovative mindset with a distinctive approach to problem-solving

  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and manage time efficiently

  • Genuine enthusiasm for design, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
