Internal Account Manager | Cartons & Co Packing | South East UK | £30k-£40k

An independent UK packaging specialist with a strong reputation for producing high-quality printed folded cartons and delivering packaging and co-packing solutions. Backed by extensive technical expertise and advanced production capabilities, the business creates innovative, sustainable, and commercially robust packaging. They provide a fully integrated end-to-end service, bringing together design, print, manufacturing, and co-packing to support customers from initial concept through to market launch.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day internal customer accounts for carton and co-packing services

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and ongoing requirements

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery

• Producing quotations and pricing in line with specifications and commercial guidelines

• Liaising closely with production, design, and co-packing teams to coordinate customer requirements

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience in packaging, ideally within cartons and/or co-packing

• Customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering a high level of service

• Commercial awareness, with an understanding of margins, pricing, and profitability

• High attention to detail, particularly with specifications, artwork, and orders

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
