Structural Designer | POS | London/Essex | £40-50k plus benefits

A leading design and manufacturing firm specialising in innovative point-of-sale solutions, this is an opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in FMCG, retail, and major brands! With a commitment to creativity and engineering excellence, they deliver impactful and effective display solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing structural solutions for a wide range of POS displays, including temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent structures
• Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software
• Collaborating closely with the creative, production, and sales teams to translate concepts into feasible and cost-effective designs
• Ensuring all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Conducting structural analysis to ensure the safety, stability, and durability of designs

Key attributes required:

• Prior experience as a Structural Designer within the POS or exhibition industries
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software
• Strong understanding of materials such as cardboard, plastics, wood, and metal, and their structural properties
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A portfolio showcasing previous structural design work
