Business Development Manager | Luxury Carton Packaging | South UK | Up to £60k + uncapped commission

This is a market-leading company specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke, luxury carton packaging for some of the world's most recognisable brands. Their reputation in the industry for exceptional creative solutions has positioned them as a trusted partner in the luxury goods sector.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the luxury goods market, including cosmetics, food & beverage, and electronics

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients

• Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered to the highest standard

• Developing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets trough lead generation, upselling and cross-selling

• Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial sell to proposal generation and contract negotiation

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in luxury or carton packaging

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate complex solutions to a range of clients

• Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to seek out new business
