Business Development Manager | Digital Labels | To cover North & Midlands | £50-60k OTE £70k+

You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets, including health, beauty, sport, nutrition, and pet food
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients to maximise retention, satisfaction, and account value
- Conducting research to identify emerging market trends, potential customers, and competitive activity
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
- Working closely with the internal sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery from concept to completion
Key attributes required:
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the print or packaging industry
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to market development and account growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
