Litho Printer | Cartons | Hertfordshire | Up to £42k

The company produces everything from luxury cartons and bespoke boxes to commercial printed materials using both litho and digital printing techniques, guiding clients from concept through to finished product.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed cartons

• Setting up and running print jobs in line with job specifications and colour standards

• Monitoring print quality throughout production to ensure registration, consistency, and quality standards

• Adjusting press settings to optimise performance, minimise waste, and meet production targets

• Working closely with pre-press, finishing, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating lithographic presses in a carton or packaging environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality print standards

• Solid understanding of colour management, registration, and print consistency

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a production team

• Commitment to health, safety, and quality procedures
