Business Development Manager | Small Format Print | London | Up to £40k

You will be responsible for:
Developing new business opportunities within the small format print sector, targeting both trade and end-user clients
Achieving sales targets, revenue goals, and profit margins through effective business development strategies
Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to project delivery and follow-up
Identifying and pursuing potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities
Working closely with internal teams, including estimating, production, and design, to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in business development or account management within the print industry
Strong knowledge of small format print products and processes, including digital and litho production
Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing environments
