A UK-based leader in label and packaging solutions, known for delivering high-quality printed labels and complementary packaging services to a broad range of industries. The business has grown into one of the UK’s most established manufacturers in its sector, with multiple production sites and an end-to-end offering that spans design, prototyping, printing and delivery.
You will be responsible for:
Driving new business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing carton packaging opportunities across key market sectors, including personal care, beverage, and food market sectors
Building and managing strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored carton solutions
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and quotation through negotiation, conversion, and handover
Preparing and presenting proposals, costings, and value-led solutions to customers
Representing the business professionally at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in business development or sales within cartons or packaging markets
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify profitable opportunities and negotiate effectively
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a wider team
Experience in selling into the personal care, beverage, and food market sectors
Clear and confident communication skills across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
