• Setting up and operating gluing machinery for the production of packaging materials

• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards

• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimise downtime

• Monitoring production schedules, working collaboratively with the team and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment and ensuring paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Key attributes required:

• Experience as a gluing operator within a cartons manufacturing environment – Ideally operating a Bobst gluing machine

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues

• Used to a fast pace and productivity driven working environment
