You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities within the cosmetics and beauty packaging market

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with brand owners, contract fillers, and key industry partners

  • Driving revenue growth through the sale of both stock and custom cosmetic packaging solutions

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and briefing through quotation, negotiation, and contract closure

  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring briefs, timelines, and expectations are clearly aligned

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within cosmetic packaging, beauty, or a related manufacturing environment

  • A strong track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities

  • Commercial confidence in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused role

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels
