Key Account Manager | Cartons & Labels | East Midlands | Salary £45k - £55k basic + car package + OTE £70k - £80k+

You will be responsible for:
- Owning the commercial performance of a portfolio of key accounts across confectionery, cosmetics, produce, and food sectors
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, protect margin, and enhance long-term partnership value
- Strengthening senior stakeholder relationships while positioning yourself as a trusted commercial advisor
- Identifying and securing cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities within existing networks
- Leading commercial negotiations and working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer delivery
Key attributes required:
- Proven success in Key Account Management or strategic B2B sales within packaging or related print solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow accounts and protect margin
- Credible communicator confident engaging senior stakeholders and procurement teams
- Strategic, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into value-led proposals
- Results-driven and collaborative, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to operate autonomously
