Working closely with a leading provider of high-end, bespoke packaging solutions for some of the world's most prestigious brands in sectors such as fragrance, spirits, cosmetics, and fine foods. As they continue their ambitious growth trajectory, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the UK sales efforts and drive success to the next level.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging with new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients and managing a portfolio of existing accounts

• Leading a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and ensuring targets are met and exceeded

• Collaborating with the design and production teams to deliver bespoke packaging solutions that meet client expectations and project goals

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market share and customer base across the UK

• Negotiating and closing high-value deals, ensuring profitable growth and client satisfaction

Key attributes required:

• Industry knowledge of packaging materials, print techniques, and manufacturing processes

• A proven track record of success in a senior sales role within the packaging industry, with a focus on luxury, high-end products

• Strong leadership skills and a history of building, coaching and motivating a successful sales team

• A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market data, forecast sales and develop effective growth strategies

• Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with major clients
