A specialist print & packaging company creating high‐quality, bespoke printed cartons, with full in‑house design, reprographics and manufacturing. Part of a leading group, they partner with large multinationals and independent businesses alike providing packaging solutions with superior materials and exacting standards of finish to exceed client expectations!

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business opportunities, approaching and securing contracts for printed carton packaging

  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal & quote preparation, negotiation, to closing deals

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients & key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Collaborating with design, production & technical teams to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency and quality control of packaging solutions

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, revenue goals and margins

  • Attending trade shows, exhibitions or industry events to enhance market visibility and generate leads

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven business development experience in packaging

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to win contracts, negotiate terms and close deals

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strategic thinking, ability to develop pipelines and prioritise leads

  • Able to manage sales forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management
