You’ll be leading and developing a dynamic team, expanding the client footprint geographically through vision, motivation and results-focused leadership!

With comprehensive in-house capabilities covering design, reprographics and production, the business delivers seamless, end-to-end solutions built on quality and reliability!

 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a robust sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives, expanding the geographical focus of the company
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target sectors and emerging markets including Food Beverage Cosmetics and Nutrition
  • Leading and motivating the sales and customer service teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, managing personally the company’s 2 largest accounts
  • Overseeing and managing tenders, proposals and contract negotiations with a focus on value-based selling and customer excellence across the sales function

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the packaging industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and building long-term client partnerships
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and strong problem-solving capabilities
