Work with a leading provider of corrugated packaging solutions across the UK. Our client runs a UK wide business, serving diverse and critical sectors including E-Commerce, Food, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage. Be part of a team that are committed to innovation and delivering high-quality packaging that meets the evolving needs of an extensive market.

You will be responsible for:

• Devise and implement sales strategies across the group to strategically drive business via external sales and account management teams as well as directly
• Key contact with major customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly
• Driving profitability through effective sales initiatives and optimise market approach
• New business development focus, identifying and securing new opportunities to expand market shares

Key attributes required:

• Experience in similar positions within packaging sector
• Proven track record of developing sales within key markets such as E-Commerce, Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Automotive sectors
• Strong management skills to mentor and coach sales teams and work collaboratively across multiple sites and departments
• Highly motivated and results driven
• Key communication and negation skills for relationship building with both clients and internal teams.
