Project Manager | Luxury Packaging | South East | £40k-£45k

You will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of NPD, EPD, and re-order projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes to premium quality standards

• Overseeing project planning and execution, maintaining clear plans, critical paths, and accountability across teams, clients, and suppliers

• Proactively managing risks and issues, driving timely decisions and clear communication of priorities and timelines

• Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, transparency, and exceptional service delivery

• Championing governance, process excellence, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle

Key attributes required:

• Five or more years’ experience in product development and project management within FMCG or luxury goods

• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

• Strong technical knowledge of luxury and masstige secondary packaging, product development, and manufacturing processes

• Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with sound judgement in fast-paced environments

• Experienced with project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools to support effective delivery
