Production Manager | Labels | West Yorkshire | Up to £50k

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all production and warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and compliance

• Scheduling production activities, managing material readiness, and ensuring machinery and staffing levels meet customer and business demand

• Managing stock levels, consumables, traceability, and addressing any non‑conforming materials

• Leading production and warehouse teams through clear communication, direction, and coordination

• Maintaining business management systems, certified standards, housekeeping, and accurate operational documentation

Key attributes required:

• Management experience within production or manufacturing

• Confident people leader with excellent interpersonal skills

• Capable of handling rapidly changing situations and managing ambiguity

• Fast‑thinking, positive and practical problem solver

• Self‑motivated, ambitious and proactive

• Experience working to ISO standards and associated practices desirable
