This small-format print company produces a broad range of high-quality materials, from everyday items like flyers and business cards to more detailed pieces such as brochures and booklets. Recognised for its fast turnaround and commitment to detail, the business serves both direct clients and trade resellers who rely on dependable quality and delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting and running a range of print finishing machinery
• Delivering consistently precise, high-standard printed results with close attention to detail
• Managing workloads to stay on track with deadlines and maintain steady production flow
• Performing regular checks and upkeep to ensure equipment operates reliably
• Troubleshooting small problems and escalating more complex issues when necessary

Key attributes required:

• Have previous experience operating print finishing equipment
• Ability to do basic daily maintenance of machinery (for minor adjustments, upkeep)
• Strong attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality work
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to print finish across different jobs
• Reliable and organised with good time management
