You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, approaching, and securing new B2B clients across the luxury sector, including electronics, beauty, fragrance, spirits, and premium retail
  • Developing and managing a strong pipeline of qualified leads while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Understanding client needs and delivering bespoke packaging solutions that balance design, functionality, and sustainability
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating closely with internal design, production, and sustainability teams to provide end-to-end solutions
  • Staying informed on industry trends, sustainable materials, and market developments, while representing the business at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings

 

Key attributes required:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within luxury packaging, premium products, or creative industries
  • Strong network within luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brand sectors
  • Proven ability to sell consultative, high-value solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of sustainability issues in packaging and strong commercial awareness of trends in eco-conscious design
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for premium design and innovation
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
