You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality finished work by following job specifications, meeting ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and ensuring safe handling and storage of materials and chemicals

  • Maximising efficiency by producing work cost-effectively, minimising waste, managing workloads, and making informed decisions based on cost, quality, and effectiveness

  • Supporting smooth production flow by communicating effectively with other departments, production control, and customer services, while assisting the dispatch team

  • Maintaining a safe and organised workspace by following Health & Safety procedures, monitoring equipment maintenance needs, and managing stock and consumables

  • Contributing to a positive working environment, developing

    strong working relationships, supporting colleagues and other departments, and continuously developing skills to ensure efficient output

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in print finishing is essential

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and use strong personal initiative

  • The ability to work effectively both within a team and independently, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional shift adjustments

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the capability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards

  • Excellent communication skills and a clear, structured approach to work

  • Driving license required
