You will be responsible for:
Leading day-to-day operations across conversion, logistics, and engineering while strengthening asset care, maintenance planning, and overall reliability
Driving operational excellence by improving uptime, waste reduction, running speeds, and overall equipment efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
Building, leading, and developing high-performing teams with clear accountability, capability development plans, and a strong performance culture
Owning operational budgets and partnering with the Commercial Director on S&OP and capacity planning to deliver margin improvement and support growth
Championing a zero-harm safety culture and ensuring full compliance with BRCGS, ISO, and all regulatory standards while leading factory-wide improvement projects
Key attributes required:
Senior operational experience in packaging
Proven track record in improving factory performance
Skilled in coaching teams, building capability, and shifting culture
Solid engineering or production background with strong data literacy
Commercially aware and financially competent
Experienced in Lean/CI, structured problem solving, and transformation
Strong leadership presence
