Key Account Manager | Retail Packaging | UK | Up to £70k

You will be responsible for:
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services within existing accounts
Analysing sales data and account performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Acting as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring all queries and issues are resolved efficiently
Working closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and client engagement initiatives
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in the UK packaging industry
Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
Strong understanding of client management, ability to build strong relationships
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging at all levels of a client organisation
