Key Account Manager | Retail Packaging | UK | Up to £70k

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services within existing accounts

  • Analysing sales data and account performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Acting as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring all queries and issues are resolved efficiently

  • Working closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and client engagement initiatives

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in the UK packaging industry

  • Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts

  • Strong understanding of client management, ability to build strong relationships

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging at all levels of a client organisation
