You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing key customer accounts to drive long-term revenue growth and retention

  • Working closely with internal teams including sales support, production, technical, and supply chain to deliver effective label solutions

  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new label applications

  • Forecasting account activity and maintaining accurate sales pipeline and CRM data

  • Understanding customer requirements and translating them into technically and commercially viable label specifications

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in key account management within labels, packaging, or a related manufacturing environment

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage pricing, margins, and long-term account profitability

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to act as a trusted partner to customers

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
