Key Account Manager | Labels | Midlands | £60k-£70k

You will be responsible for:
Managing and developing key customer accounts to drive long-term revenue growth and retention
Working closely with internal teams including sales support, production, technical, and supply chain to deliver effective label solutions
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new label applications
Forecasting account activity and maintaining accurate sales pipeline and CRM data
Understanding customer requirements and translating them into technically and commercially viable label specifications
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in key account management within labels, packaging, or a related manufacturing environment
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage pricing, margins, and long-term account profitability
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to act as a trusted partner to customers
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
