You’ll be managing high-value, long-term customer accounts within a growing cartons and packaging business, with the autonomy to build strong partnerships and genuinely influence outcomes. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing key customer accounts within the carton packaging sector

  • Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts from enquiry through to delivery

  • Coordinating internal teams including sales, design, estimating, production, and logistics

  • Building and maintaining long-term, trusted customer relationships whilst developing new business opportunities

  • Forecasting volumes and managing account plans to support production planning

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Experience working within cartons, packaging, or a related manufacturing environment

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
