Head of Sales / Sales Manager | Large Format Print & Display Graphics | Leeds (Hybrid) | £40-£50k Basic + OTE £75k+

You will be responsible for:
Setting and executing sales strategy to drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts
Ultimately leading, mentoring and motivating a team of sales executives and account managers
Working closely with marketing and production to align commercial objectives with delivery capability
Developing and nurturing key client relationships, especially with major retail and agency accounts
Reporting on team performance, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in managing or leading sales teams within print, graphics, signage, or related sectors
Deep understanding of large format print and display graphics solutions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and get the best from your team
A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against sales targets
Based within commutable distance of Leeds with flexibility for hybrid working
