Head of Creative Services | Luxury Packaging | London – Hybrid | Up to £55k

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading creative direction, overseeing all major client briefs and pitches to ensure concepts are strategically grounded and visually outstanding
  • Driving end-to-end delivery, managing the full creative process from interpreting briefs to final sign-off while exceeding client expectations
  • Contributing to business growth by elevating client satisfaction, strengthening retention, and delivering measurable value through innovation and exceptional creative outcomes
  • Inspiring and growing the team by building, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing creative department that thrives on innovation and collaboration
  • Enhancing creative operations through new tools, processes, and technologies that improve efficiency, creativity, and scalability
  • Championing brand and product innovation by partnering with marketing to evolve the brand identity and develop new products and creative services
