Gravure Printer | Security Printing | West Midlands | Day Shifts – up to £47k + OT

Join an established security printer dedicated to safeguarding the revenues, brands, and reputations of a diverse global clientele. Playing a crucial role in expanding product offerings in security printing and leveraging cutting edge technology they are at the forefront of secure print with a growing market presence.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining a 10-colour gravure printing press

• Monitoring print processes for colour accuracy and quality checks to meet exacting standard

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs

• Adhering to strict security and quality control procedures

• Collaborate with production teams, team leaders, and quality assurance personnel to meet deadlines and production targets

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating gravure printing presses, ideally multi-colour presses (6-10 colour)

• Strong understanding of gravure printing processes, machinery and systems

• Understanding of quality control procedures and documentation in a production environment

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve press issues

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
