Creative Structural Designer | Luxury Packaging | London | Up to £60k

A leading company in the market, they focus on designing and producing custom luxury carton packaging for many of the world’s most iconic brands. Known for delivering outstanding creative solutions, they have earned a strong reputation as a trusted partner within the luxury goods industry.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and designing innovative, high-quality packaging solutions that push creative boundaries while meeting luxury brand standards
• Organising and leading engaging design workshops with key customers, inspiring collaboration and bringing creative visions to life
• Generating and translating fresh ideas into practical, cutting-edge CAD packaging designs
• Demonstrating and applying a deep understanding of diverse production and assembly manufacturing processes to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible
• Liaising and collaborating with project managers, packaging technicians, and procurement teams to deliver a seamless, streamlined customer experience from concept through to completion

Key attributes required:

• Experienced with CAD, graphics, 3D software packages, illustrator and Photoshop

• Ability to understand the insights behind designs
• Essential packaging design experience, ideally in beauty/cosmetics/luxury markets
• Prepared to work to strict deadlines and manage project timelines
• Confident communicator to meet and present design solutions with customers
