Business Development Manager | Packaging Distributor & Manufacturer – Food & Retail | UK | Up to £75k plus bonus

You will be responsible for:
Sourcing and winning new business by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs
Building long-term relationships through delivering a consistent, high-quality service that strengthens trust and loyalty
Managing and developing existing accounts, maintaining client satisfaction while growing sales, profitability, and overall value
Working proactively to achieve sales targets and annual KPIs, driving both personal success and wider business growth
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, supporting innovation and continuous improvement
